I’m a health enthusiast, a young professional and a serial optimist. I’m also pretty impulsive and enjoy anything that helps be become a better version of myself. So i’ve set myself the challenge of doing yoga everyday for a year.
It’s something that makes me feel awesome – energised, focused, grounded – whenever i find time for it that is. So i’m setting aside time each day to do this and see what happens.
I can’t profess to being a wordsmith, I wont be able to refrain myself from graffitiing this all with health recipes and inspirational people, but it should make for an interesting journey.
